Episode 2+ — working from someone else's library

The first episode of a client is done by the lead editor: they build the brand bin, the STYLE.md, and the ★ looks library. Your job on later episodes is different — assemble with their taste, don't reinvent it.

1. Read the client repo first: STYLE.md (the rules) and the ★ Looks tab (the pieces). If a graphic you need exists as a look, USE the look — click or drag, fill the form. Don't brief the agent to build a new lower third when the client already has one.
2. The agent knows the library too. Say "use their lower third for the guest at 2:10" — it applies the saved look with the right name filled in.
3. When something's missing, brief the agent to build it *referencing the style*: "a stat callout matching their featured panel — quiet, one green word." Show the result to the lead before ★-saving anything — the library stays small and curated on purpose (one look per family; color/emphasis variants are typing, not new looks).
4. Cut first, dress second. Get the edit right in the transcript (delete words, reorder, tighten silences), then apply graphics. It's much faster in that order.
