These terms govern your use of Video Terminal — the desktop application and the web services at videoterminal.app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.
Video Terminal helps you edit video, prepare captions, thumbnails and metadata, share review pages, and publish your finished videos to platforms you connect (such as YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok).
Don't use the Service to violate the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, send spam, or attempt to breach or overload our systems or the platforms we connect to.
The Video Terminal desktop application is licensed, not sold, under its accompanying software license. These terms cover your use of the online services; the software license governs the code.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or that any platform will accept, retain, or perform any particular way with content you publish.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peer Through will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Sections about your content, disclaimers, and liability survive.
We may update these terms; we'll post changes here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
